An artistic legacy: America’s Gilded Age
The Gilded Age was a time of enormous wealth in America. In 2023 Ron Ramsey led an Art Gallery of NSW tour from New York along the Hudson River to Boston.
Tour highlights were visits to the mansions and museums of influential families from the 19th century to the 20th century – many of whom left substantial artistic legacies.
